This is the first apartment we bought as our home. We struggled to find a new condo within our budget at first, until my partner recommend Derek to me. He suggested we look into burquitlam area. After checking it out, we find that with same budget, we can afford a way newer home here compared with burnaby, where condos are either way more pricy or with older built year. We really appreciate his patience and expertise. I would highly recommend him to fthb or just any buyers in general.
