I have to say owning my very first home was a nerve-wracking journey, but my experience with Mosaic has been nothing but happiness with a peace of mind. I used to live in a condo building built by Mosaic, and was impressed by their timeliness in their home care offered to the residents and owners, which made me confident in finding myself a home developed by Mosaic too. My journey was very pleasant, from day 1 I met with Lucy who shoed great knowledge in this iproject and explained everyting in detail, adn then the following days I was toured by Tommy who were super friendly and patient and showed me all the featues of their beautiful show homes. SO HAPPY. He helped me secure a unit at a project that was so competitive. So many of my friends tried to get units with their realtors and couldn't. I heard some realtors submit 16 unit request forms and couldn't get them anything. Guess it pays to use a VIP Realtor! Buying at this project is like a golden opportunity. No wonder it was so hard getting a unit.

After looking for over a year, I finally found my first home and I’m so glad Tommy was there every step of the way. From the very start, he took the time to really understand what I wanted and didn’t want in a home. My experience with the Mosaic team has been extraordinary from the time of my commitment in Feb 2020 to occupancy Jan. 2021. I was always given the best support through the purchase experience, as well as prompt special consideration and attention for my own questions, concerns and needs. At the completion of my purchase and at the time of the ‘hand over’, I was particularly impressed with the Mosaic Seaside ‘binder’ I received. This binder had everything I needed to know about my new home, and the contact numbers that I would need if any problems arose. There was also a section pertaining to general information about what I needed to take care of in terms of setting up my utilities and services. All was perfectly presented. This entire process was made wonderfully easy and stress free because of the exceptional Mosaic staff and the superior quality of the Mosaic homes. I’m obviously a very happy new Mosaic home owner!

We started looking at Seaside by Mosaic in September 2020 and were welcomed by Lucy and Tommy. Both Lucy and Tommy were so incrediby helpful and there was no pressure at all to buy a property at Mosaic. In January 2021 we started to look at Seaside again and decided to buy a new townhouse at phase 3. Tommy helped us with all the questions and concerns we had and he is the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable person! He will always greet you with a smile and is always willing to hlep wherever he can! We can't wait to move in to our home, which should be finished in October. I can't say much about the quality of our new home as we haven't moved in yet, but the quality of the show homes are amazing.

I never thought I would want to buy a home sight unseen, but this has been such an awesome process.
