Sydney was fantastic to work with throughout my condo purchase. She gave us the best tour of the showroom, taking the time to explain every detail and answer all of our questions. Sydney helped us while we were searching for properties on Salt Spring Island. She spent a lot of time showing us different options, was never rushed, and always made herself available, even arranging for us to view several properties multiple times. Although we didn’t end up finding the right fit on Salt Spring, an open house came up on Pender Island. Sydney seamlessly supported us through the negotiations and financials for that purchase. Syd and Pav were fantastic to work with. We met them at an open house at a different property and they did an amazing job keeping in touch and answering all our questions.
