My experience with Reza has been outstanding and I highly recommend using him as a REALTOR if you are thinking of purchasing a home or an investment property. Having dealt with numerous REALTORS during my tenure with the TELUS Realty Program, I found some of them to be amateurish with a strong inclination for self-aggrandizing marketing campaigns that literally made me cringe. In trusting someone with the biggest purchase of my life, I couldn't care less about your 'exotic car' or the mismatched outfits that remind me of a horrible music video...Pro tip: NO ONE CARES! What I found refreshing about Reza was his sincerity and market knowledge. He didn't make any outlandish promises or try and sell me by overpricing my investment property. He laid out a marketing plan that was simple and well-executed. Reza also coordinated all the staging and had his team conduct any minor repairs while also power-washing the deck himself. I literally didn't have to lift a finger and he even dealt with my tenant who wasn't too happy that I was selling the place but Reza managed to assure him that everything was going to be ok. He eventually found him and his partner a home of their own which they eventually purchased. Unfortunately, the market ended up turning in a few weeks and home prices began to fall….not wanting to take a haircut on the price, I had the difficult conversation with Reza about pulling the listing off the market. He could have pushed back but he accepted my decision with the upmost professionalism even though he had spent thousands of dollars marketing the property. I informed him that if I ever decide to sell again or if I wanted to buy another investment property, he had earned my business going forward. I've been in professional sales almost my entire career and you rarely find people who will underpromise and overdeliver. When you find someone who does, it's a pleasure to work with them as they will leave with you feeling satisfied that you made the right decision.
