I barely put in effort and barely showed interest because I didn't have much free time but she took the initative to creat Excel sheets of places I briefly mentioned I liked. I ended up with the perfect place, it's so perfect that even the giant dog crate has a perfect spot for it. I could literally have not found a better realtor.
