Our situation was a challenging one, we had an old house with renters, an unpredictable neighbor that seemed set on sabotaging the sale of the property and owners that live 1600kms away with minimal funds available to maintain the property. Brendon managed all the variables extremely effectively and got the property sold at a price we were happy with. At one point he mobilized an excavator to the property to fix a flower bed that was becoming a major problem, AT NO COST TO US! It's a challenge to not put every other realtor down in order to emphasize how good Brendon is. They suck in comparison. Brendon knew what he was talking about, took the time to make himself available, was very honest, straightforward, and understanding. He seems to genuinely care about finding the right place, rather than adding people to auto email list or making a quick sale. Brendon is the type of person you want to be friends with beyond the garbage fire that is home buying.
