She is professional, efficient, punctual, trustworthy, technologically equipped, and gets back to you right away, so if you have questions or concerns about selling or buying a home she answers them fully. She’s also skilled at finding help for you with trades people….which is great, if you’re buying a fixer upper, or moving into a new area. She knows the market! -So she will give you a fair estimate of the value of your home, and will address concerns with things needing repair. We felt very at ease with Christine, and we would definitely have her help us again and recommend her. Lastly, Christine, also provided a lot of special touches, such as a beautiful mls coloured flyer that people viewing our home could take, along with the full multi listing, with other links to the mls listing. She helped us with the purchase of our new home in a remote area so she had to work with another realtor she didn’t know, and had to send legal documents to him very quickly.
