Starting as a young lady straight-out of BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) she has achieved Elite Status at Dexter Realty pushing the boundaries of possibilities. Cat brings a unique blend of education and experience to your livingroom. With a diploma from BCIT in Commercial Real Estate, Mortgage Broker, Property Management and Appraisal she successfully challenged the UBC Sauder School of Business Exam for Residential Real Estate and hasn’t looked back. Over a decade later, she is still enthusiastic about the helping her clients.

Cat started her homeownership in New Westminster and now with her husband and 3 young boys has bought three other properties in the Langley, Cloverdale and Maple Ridge areas. They have also purchased a recreational property in the US and condos in Greater Vancouver to hopefully assist them in their retirement and help their sons to become proud homeoners one day as well. Cat loves sharing her experiences and knowledge with her clients.

Cat helped us to downsize from a house to a condo, with Steve’s help for the open houses. She took excellent care of us through the whole process, never turning a hair as we kept changing our criteria. Our house sold a week after listing on the Monday after the Open House weekend, and the price was really good - much better than we had expected. She found us the perfect condo, just right for our needs and for a good price, after we had dragged her all over town looking at other condos before we decided on one of the first ones that she showed us. She has been not only good at her job, but also a really likeable person, genuinely wanting to get the best deals for us both ways (Steve seems nice too). I’m recommending her to everybody I know, and if we ever need to move again we’ll certainly go to Cat.
