We needed to sell our town house in order to buy a house to expand. With our tight budget and tight timeline, Brian was very professional in finding places that were perfect for our budget. Not only he sold our place in two weeks, he also managed to find the perfect place that were originally listed above our budget but managed to negotiate with the seller to make it under our budget. He has been researching the market value for a long time on his own to offer his clients the most accurate information of the current market prices hence you can sell quickly and buy under your budget. Additionally, we had a few problems to fix at the new place which we had to face on our move in day, but he even went beyond our expectations and managed to send us contractors to fix them right away making sure our move in experience does not get ruined. Overall, Brian is very professional, calm, kind and very ready to step in and fix any problems, even the ones you did not expect to face. Lastly, if you are bilingual like me, Korean and English, he is the perfect guy for you!

Brian is best realtor if you look for professional and honest realtor. I've met about 6 different realtors before I met Brian. I had to take more than 3 yrs to buy my first home due to so many failure and pushing sales agent. Most realtor tried to sell me a home without anything that thinking of client lifestyle or client financial situation. Worst case that I had deal with was 2 realtors were pushing me to sign for my first home even though home has many issues like leaking issue. I still can't forget those unethical people. Those unethical people said me that value of property will go up , so I have to sign paper to done even though its leaking building.. it was unbelievablely horrible experience that I've ever had. And I am 26 yrs old, those unethical realtors thinks younger people know nothing and try BS and try to scam. BE CAUTIOUS if you are first home buyer. What if I didn't meet Brian and had to deal with those guys again.. I can't believe what kind of place I am at right now. ? Brian is very detailed person and different. Most I like him about is he is very honest and very very ethical. At the same time, he did very good team work with my mortgage agent. If Brian didn't help these all processes with my mortgage agent when time was tight , I couldn't get any of my first home again. I am really appreciated for his hard work and respect his value of business. And I have my first home now and I am very happy!!!! Please choose wisely when you look for realtors. And Highly recommend Brian !!! He is right person for purchasing your own home efficiently and quickly with ETHICS and ROYALTY. ps. Thank you Brian !!
