I am a seasoned and wise real estate professional who began my real estate career in 2003, and consistently rank in the top 10% of agents in the Vancouver Real Estate Board. I have personally lived in Yaletown, Kitsilano, North Burnaby, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Langley. I also began my real estate career selling pre-sale condos with Polygon Homes at UBC, Quilchena, Yaletown, Burnaby, Port Moody and Langley. This experience allows me to truly advise my clients on what area may be the best fit for them. I love working with busy families who are upsizing, people in their golden years who are downsizing, people relocating to Metro Vancouver, and first-time buyers experiencing the daunting task of finding that first home.

I have a degree in Communication from Simon Fraser University and I am committed to continuous professional development in regards to marketing and real estate-related technology. As an avid real estate investor focused on cash flow methods, and a member of the Real Estate Investment Network (R.E.I.N), I actively participate in seminars to stay ahead of market trends.
