After living in our home for 41 years, we decided the time had come to sell and begin a new journey. As you can imagine, this was a daunting change. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands with Mike Rampf and his Team. Their approach was professional and personalized to our needs. Mike's years of experience and knowlege of the market were evident as he navigated us through the process. He helped guide us through moments of anxiety and unsureness, resulting in u...s having the best experience. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed with clarity and caring. The highly professional website navigated perspective buyers through an online walk-through before booking a showing. The pictures and video were high quality and clearly represented our home. Multiple showings were well managed following Covid protocols. Take note...Not only did Mike and his team sell our home and our daughter's home at the same time, Mike found us our new home! And he coordinated the details of all 3 transactions without a hitch! Not an easy task. He negotiated offers resulting in us getting above our asking price. And negotiated a fair price for the purchase of our new home! What more can be said. Choose Mike Rampf and his Team ... you will be in good hands!
