Harv was a tremendous realter. I went through a couple before I settled with him, but what really stood out to me with Harv is that he came across as very personable and more importantly, genuine. Harv did not try to encourage me to buy into homes that had obvious shortcomings, and would often mention them before I did. Harv was also not pushy and did not harass me when I was mulling over different properties. 5/5 experience. I would reccomend Harv to anyone.
