There are certainly some sketchy realtors when it comes to buying real estate at Mount Washington, so we were super relieved and overjoyed to come across Erik! This guy went over and above on everything for us and is super knowledgable. Living in Victoria made it difficult for us to view places, and he was always willing to go have a look for us, take measurements or do any other random task we required. We would highly recommend him to anyone and we'll use him again in the future if we ever need a realtor up Island.

This was my first experience buying a home and I was so impressed with Erik. He took the time to get to know us and our needs, as well as understanding where we were at in our lives and our long term goals. The whole experience has been smooth and positive, and we feel like this new chapter of our lives has started on the right foot in large part due to Erik's fantastic work.

I have seen and dealt with a lot of real estate agents and Erik is by far the most energetic, go getter, hard working and easy to work with realtor. We must have looked at 100 places together before we found the right one, he was enthusiastic the whole time. Great guy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
