Aside from real estate, I lead a very active lifestyle with my husband and daughter! We love to travel, explore new restaurants and enjoy the beauty of Vancouver Island. We had run into a few glitches and almost lost the deal because of an unforseen circumstance re an uncooperative broker who did not do his job and personally dropped the application without a warning or complete explanation so I had to get a new broker three days before removal of subjects. But my Realtor Alex Troyan was a trooper and was able to keep the deal alive by deligently negotiating and getting us not just one but a 2nd much needed extension for various financing items to be confirmed etc for the deal to finally succeed. My second mortgage broker Roger Lam at True North Mortgage in Burnaby who picked up after the fiasco and great stress caused and left behind by the first broker was amazing. He performed a miracle for us to make the deal happen and on top of that got me a super mortgage rate. Thanks to the dedication and hard work by these two wonderful individuals I got my beautiful condo. I would greatly recommend their services.
