Born and raised in Vancouver, Kevin brings a deep understanding of the city, its communities, and the relationships that define it. Now entering his 9th year in the real estate industry, he combines local knowledge with a strong foundation in finance and real estate.

A graduate of University of British Columbia with a BCom specializing in Finance and Real Estate, Kevin originally pursued investment banking and completed CFA Level 1 before ultimately building his career in Vancouver real estate. He started his career in pre-sale working for developers across the Lower Mainland, learning the business from the ground up through hands-on experience, mentorship, and early opportunities that helped shape his approach today. Known for his disciplined mindset and competitive edge, Kevin draws on a lifelong background in sports — from basketball and hockey to golf — bringing the same focus, teamwork, and consistency into every client relationship and negotiation.
