Really happy I worked with Kevin to buy my condo. I found him through mutual friends and he made the whole process super straightforward. He consistently sent me listings that were within my budget and it only took us just under a month to find the right place. The condo I purchased met all of my expectations and we even managed to negotiate it down about $20k below the asking price. Even when he was overseas on vacation, he was responsive and on top of everything despite the time zone difference. As a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions and Kevin always got back to me in a timely manner. One thing that really stood out: there was a small cosmetic issue regarding old caulking flagged during the inspection, and Kevin offered to buy the caulk and fix it himself. Totally didn’t have to do that, but he did—which says a lot about how much he cares. Also appreciated the gift basket on closing day! Overall, a great experience and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Working with Kevin was Excellent. The initial contact was great ( I found his contact online ), he explained me the process and gave me advice on how to move one. Going through properties was also great, he greatly advised on each building and what risk could exist in apartment. I found that very helpful. I ended up buying a very busy market an apartment that suited my needs. I will highly recommend due to his dedication and hard work to get his client have the best deal that suits their need and budget.

I’d say whether you need a realtor as a first time home buyer like I was, or are looking to get back in the market, Kevin’s your guy. He’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, and eager to make sure you’re getting the best deal for the home that you want. Working with him was a great balance of being able to research for homes I was interested in, but also him sending over suggestions to me. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something, whether it had to do with a home or the process of home buying in general, Kevin was able to provide his knowledge and opinions which made everything so much less daunting. Buying and finding a house in Vancouver suburbs during such difficult time and at the top of the market was not an easy task. In addition, we wanted to buy house within specific time for our kid to enroll into new school. Kevin was very professional as well as personal during complete house buying process. Me and my husband were under lot of stress to find house that met all our expectations. Kevin is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. Kevin moved fast anytime there was a house we wanted to see as houses were flying off the market. He explained complete offer process with/without conditions and risks associated with both options.
