From beginning to end, my experience working with Chris Tioseco to purchase my first condo has been second to none. Chris is a great communicator, attentive and prompt in answering my questions and is an expert at simplifying what could have otherwise been a complicated process. Lean into your fears - Robin Sharma. In 2017, the universe has been guiding me to do exactly this, lean into and face my fears. I just purchased my first condo with Chris, help and he was great through the entire process. I was originally going to go through a friend who was a realtor, but changed to Chris after my friend took a week just to send me listings. Chris had listings sent to me with the budget and other features I was looking for within an hour. Chris also has tons of knowledge of downtown, which led to great advice like not offering on an unit because the alley smells terrible and makes the condo smell terrible in the summer too. I would definitely recommend Chris if You're looking to buy downtown.5 stars
