My wife and I have been dealing with Kiel now for over a year as we have continued to search for our "dream", which finally occured a few months ago. Our original real estate purchase was a private purchase, so this was our first time going through the broker channel. Kiel was absolutely fantastic and positive throughout the entire process. He defintely had our interests in mind as he always took the time to listen to the both of us. Far to often there is a focus on one person in the party (which we have experienced with other professions), but not with him as he would always take the time to see how each one of us felt in any given scenario. He was very knowledgeable, genuine, respectful, and extremely responsive whenever we had questions (and I had alot of them..). He helped with any and all inquiries no matter what they were, and went above and beyond in doing so by taking the time to educate us throughout the entire process. I never would have expected a Realtor to guide us through a processes the way he did, or yet alone to provide us with the assistance he did. His approach is energetic, making the entire experience "fun" and it really feels more like a partnership than anything else. All in all, this is a relationship driven profession, and I would be content placing my full trust in Kiel as we move forward with any future purchases or sales.
