As everyone is aware, finding a home or condo of your dreams in the Lower Mainland's red hot market is almost next to impossible. We approached Scott and his team with the hopes of utilizing their knowledge and expertise to help us achieve our goal. To fulfill this goal, our ultimate desire was to find a condo in Vancouver. We had a strict criteria that needed to be considered: -plenty of space -quiet neighbourhood that is close to the action -parks nearby for dog walking -growing community -affordable price Scott thoroughly understood this criteria, and found us the condo of our dreams. Our condo provides more than enough space, and is walking distance to a recreational park and community centre (for dog walking) and sky train (for getting downtown with ease). All of this and more, at a price lower than we had budgeted for. The level of service Scott displayed was second to none. He was strictly focused on our needs, with no pressure, and as a result, we ended up with exactly what we were hoping for. Based on Scott's understanding of the market and high level of service, I would recommend him and his team to anyone seeking real estate assistance.
