Tara Caldwell is amazing! We were referred to her through family members who worked with her to purchase and sell their condo in Coquitlam. We were selling our condo in Victoria and purchasing in the Tri-Cities area, so came over to meet with Tara. She really listened to us, our needs, desires, and we really felt like she “got us”. What can we say about Tara Caldwell. She is a one of kind beautiful person that brightens everyday. We met Tara a few years back when she helped our daughter buy her first home. She was amazing right from the start and we knew we would have her sell our own home. Tara is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and was always available for my numerous questions. She is hands on and offered to help with so many aspects of the whole sale, not just what you would expect from a realtor, she goes beyond. She was present on the day the photos and videos were shot making sure everything looked presentable and was there to even move items if needed. Even after the sale and deal was signed off we had unrelated issues that had nothing to do with the sale of our home and she still stepped up and helped us out greatly. Tara gave us advice on how best to sell our home and get the maximum value. She listed our home with a virtual 3D walk through which helps potential buyers have a better idea of what to expect. We sold our home very quickly and she recommended a cleaner to have our home cleaned as we moved out for the new owners. She was always easy to reach and speak with. Always responsive and positive. I would certainly use her services again.
