Before entering real estate, I built a successful career as a Senior Piping Designer and Project Manager in the Oil & Gas and Construction industries. That experience instilled in me a meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to negotiation—qualities that now give my clients a distinct advantage in today’s competitive market. My energy, professionalism, and client-first mindset have helped me earn a strong reputation as a top producer in the Fraser Valley.

Originally from Calgary, I relocated to the Fraser Valley over a decade ago, drawn by its natural beauty and strong sense of community. I’m an avid enduro mountain biker and enjoy exploring local trail systems at Ledgeview, Sumas Mountain, Bear Mountain, and beyond. I live in Abbotsford with my wife of 20 years and our three children. As a family, we enjoy discovering local parks and hiking trails and spending time outdoors with our dogs—fully embracing the lifestyle that makes the Fraser Valley such a special place to call home.

Nick Johnston is truly amazing, and assisted me with my first home purchase. Nick is very friendly and personable, and made a potentially stressful purchase easy and relatively stress-free. Needless to say, with my first time home purchase, I was completely in the dark about what to expect prior to meeting with Nick. Nick took the time to listen to my wants and needs in a home, and was able to come up with numerous suitable listings which were perfect for what I was looking for. Prior to meeting with Nick for the first time, he created a professional online package detailing which listings we would be looking at, as well as the time of the viewing. Nick was there pretty much 24 hours a day to answer any questions I may have had, any concerns I had, and in general, Nick was extremely knowledgeable on any question I asked. Nick went above and beyond what a realtor "usually does," and was even there for assistance AFTER I had purchased the home. Realtors are not required to do this by any means, and let's be honest, usually once the purchase is complete they are gone and are no where to be found. Nick not only answered my call after my purchase, but he also went out of his way to get answers for me about an electrical plug which was not working. I would recommend Nick to all of my family and friends, and will use him again in the future. Thank you, Nick!
