From giving us advice on how to get the best price on the sale of our previous home, to the effort they put in over several weeks to help my wife and I find our next home, Jerry and Amit were amicable, patient, professional, and efficient. My wife and I had a very specific set of criterion for what we were looking for in a home, and over the course of a month and a half, Jerry took us around on the weekends and showed us all the places he thought might suit us. After finding a place we loved, Jerry played hard-ball for us to make sure we got a fair price. Overall, we were exceptionally happy with the experience. Should my wife and I ever need to sell our home or buy another, we will definitely be calling Jerry and Amit again.

Super pleased with Jerry and Amit’s team work and efforts to help me and husband sell my previous apartment and also buy our new penthouse! The market was (and still is) really tough this year for sellers. There were around 5 to 7 competing units in the same building as mine selling at the same time, but they managed to get us a really reasonable offer that we accepted after two weeks on the market. Meanwhile, we had Jerry patiently drive us to multiple open houses week after week after week. I loved how he took notice of the qualities we wanted in a home after a few viewings, and was able to schedule an afternoon of open house appointments that matched them. I also appreciated that he never pressured us to buy quickly because he genuinely wanted us to find a home we really loved. It took us about 4-5 weeks of open house viewings before we put in our first offer into our home-to-be! The biggest concern of mine was that we needed the deposit from selling the old place before securing the new place. Thankfully, because of their efficient team work, we were able to time everything perfectly! I don’t know much about real estate, but they were also really good at navigating us through the processes while keeping us informed. Whenever we had questions, they made sure to get us answers. I’m really glad we trusted in an authentic, honest and sharp minded team! 3 weeks after moving into our beautiful home, I still can’t believe it’s ours! Thank you Jerry and Amit! Jerry and Amit went above and beyond to help me sell my townhouse in Surrey! Jerry is a very friendly guy and always reachable via text messages or phone call to help answer my questions and keep me updated (including during late night and weekends). Jerry helped educate me on the BC real estate market (since I currently live and work in the US), and we worked out a competitive listing price for the home and got it sold in only a few weeks! After the house was sold, Jerry even helped me print and mail out some documents for the CRA. The entire process was done remotely and went very smooth.
