This review speaks about character: We did not use a realtor to buy our home because it was listed through Property Guys. BIG MISTAKE!!! The process was stressful, anxiety prone and just plain awful for me and my wife. When our backs were against the wall, we called David and even though he made ZERO commission, he filled out some crucial forms for us at midnight, after a 12 hour day!!! He double checked our deal before we sent in to our Notary for approval. He was a real friend in need and he did it all simply because he is a nice guy. David was recommended to us from a friend. We did see a another real estate before, so I got to see how both of them worked. I asked for it to be 2 bedroom, over 800 square feet, and in the Burnaby/Vancouver area. Our first realtor brought us everywhere, from one side of Burnaby to the other. Then around Vancouver. The homes were a lot older, and we wanted something modern. So we decided to try David out! We met him up to discuss what we wanted, and he had already set up a few viewings the next day. He showed us listings available, and ones in the same building or area that just sold to compare prices. He even read out strata rules and told us everything before purchase. We found the perfect apartment and David was able to make the deal on the first day! He had to leave town for the few days, but always replied right away when we would call or msg him.
