Aren’t we lucky to have David as our Realtor!! My boyfriend and I made the RIGHT call to work with David and we found our very first home together. David went above and beyond to help us. What a fantastic experience working with David on the sale of my elderly aunt's condo in Langley. David made it such a seamless process for her and kept things simple so that she didn't get overwhelmed with all the technicalities that are involved. David is the best, you can’t go wrong when hiring him to help you sell or buy your home. We have used David twice now on sales and once to purchase (we moved to the okanagan or we would have used him to purchase again). Both times we sold for well over asking price, David is very knowledgeable of the market and was able to get us multiple offers on our last sale. When he helped us buy we were in a bidding war with another person, but David was able to negotiate the upper hand and get us that place. Before being referred to David, I was about to go the for sale by owner route after having bad experiences with 3 agents who failed miserably at getting my condo sold.
