David Tsen is an amazing realtor! I had a complicated situation due to an ongoing separation that meant getting a new place was very touch and go. Despite this he was very understanding and put in the time to allow me to search several places before I was finally in a situation where I could commit to the purchase of a place. This meant that I was lined up to find a property and move out when I was able to and not starting a property search from scratch at a time that I would want to move out and move on. He was always reachable via phone, took the time to answer questions and is happy to support his advice with current examples (like the current value of properties in the area).
