In the past two months, I've worked with Margie to buy one property and sell another. There aren't enough stars to adequately express my satisfaction with her service. In the slowest market in 2 decades, our home sold from the first showing, after multiple bids over asking. Credit to Margie for that. She gave 110% in helping us find a home after looking at quite a few, narrowing it down to just the right one. She was even more diligent in the sale, optimally pricing to drive demand, staging with our own possessions to save cost, and advising us on how to deal with a potential developer who had been interested prior to going to market.
