Howard was born in Taipei, Taiwan where he grew up until the age of 10. He immigrated to B.C. with his family in 1995, residing in Richmond for over 20 years.Prior to joining the world of real estate, Howard enjoyed over a decade of high-intensity sales and sales management experience.
