Hi, I’m Nicole, but most call me Nico and I sell lots of homes to wonderful people all across BC’s beautiful Sunshine Coast, from Gibsons to Pender Harbour.

Our little family moved here from Deep Cove in 2017 and we couldn't imagine a better way of life.

With 8 award winning years in real estate and over 20 years in marketing & small business ownership, my clients can depend on my deep experience both personally and professionally in the market. I'm here as your advocate in every phase of the process.
