Natalie’s journey began in commercial real estate with Cadillac Fairview, Oxford Properties Group, and Primaris Retail REIT, where she honed her skills in marketing, negotiation and client service, earning several nominations to the Leaders Circle. Together with her husband Kelly, she has designed and built multiple custom homes, enriching her understanding of residential development and blending her design sensibilities with construction expertise. Natalie redirected her marketing talents toward philanthropy with the KGH Foundation, leading an initiative to raise $12 million for state-of-the-art surgical services. Ultimately, she found her ideal platform to combine her marketing, residential development and client service experience as a real estate advisor.

Scott’s career in real estate began with a bold vision. Early on, he and his wife Heather gained recognition in the Vancouver Sun when they introduced Squamish’s first spec-built home priced over $1 million, setting a new standard for the area. Upon relocating to the Okanagan, they continued to break new ground in luxury residential design, contributing to some of the valley’s most remarkable homes. Their project, Mont des Cieux, received the prestigious Home of Year in 2023 - Okanagan Housing Excellence Award.He now leverages his extensive knowledge to guide clients through the real estate market with precision.
