The son of parents that were forced to leave their home continent of Africa with very little of their own, Hafez has developed a strong work ethic and self determination. This philosophy of working hard and making the most of every opportunity coupled with the 110% commitment he gives to everything he does, has enabled him to achieve various successes in past careers. With over 14 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the technology industry, Hafez brings to the table a unique set of skills and attributes which separates him from other realtors. I have met Hafez on multiple occasions, as both a buyer and a seller. I've seen the marketing for his listings and visited his open houses and he does an excellent job of producing high quality marketing, as well as preparing and staging the properties he sells. I spoken to clients whom he has represented in sales and they reported an excellent experience working with him. I recently considered Hafez as the listing agent for my own SFU condo and although I ultimately chose a different agent, it was a difficult decision to make. He spent plenty of time speaking with me on the phone to discuss strategy and recent sales in the area. He also took the time to perform a walk through of the property and offered some excellent input. Though I chose to work with somebody else this time, I hope Hafez is willing to work with me at another time in the future, because I am confident he would work hard to help me.

Hafez is an absolutely amazing relator, who goes above and beyond. We have now bought and sold with Hafez. Hafez goes out of his way to ensure everything is in order and all questions/concerns are addressed (some of these questions we never even thought of). His knowledge is one of a kind! After the sale and our purchase his contact doesn’t stop he sends friendly reminders on completing speculation tax and so on. Hafez’s service is top notch! I have referred him on to other family members who have all been beyond satisfied with his services! If you are thinking of buying or selling I would strongly recommend Hafez for your needs, he goes above and beyond for his clients and isn’t just focused on the sale or the buy, his focus is on his clients happiness and security!
