Born and raised in the vibrant city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Carter developed an early appreciation for the values of community, hard work, and resilience. In 2003, well before entering the real estate industry full-time, he purchased his first home. That experience ignited his interest in the potential of real estate not just as a place to live, but as a means to build long-term wealth.

In 2005, Carter made the life-changing move to Vancouver, British Columbia. Rather than selling his first home, he chose to rent it out—marking the beginning of what would become a fruitful path in property investment. A year later, in 2006, he purchased his first property in New Westminster, BC. That purchase didn’t just represent a financial investment—it was the spark that truly ignited his passion for real estate.
