Worked hard to effect the sale

Brett helped us buy our first-ever home in my hometown, Victoria! We currently live in Vancouver and couldn't make it over to the island to see most of the places because of the pandemic. Brett went to dozens of houses for us for over a year (we took our time... first time buyer jitters!) and FaceTime toured us around, showing us every room and detail. He knows what to look for in a well-built house and was so helpful in providing feedback on the feel of the place—without swaying our decisions—when we couldn't be there. He helped us narrow down what was important (and not) for us and sent us listings of homes that he thought we would like, which is how we got to our new home! Brett guided us through every step of the way and was so helpful during the subjects period and sale—and continued to support us thereafter. He knew when to push for what we wanted during the sale and when to hold back—and it worked. We got exactly what we wanted at a price that was perfect for us. Whenever we sell our house and/or buy the next one, we want Brett in our corner.

My wife and I have bought/sold 13 homes/properties over the past 40 years - so have worked with many realtors. Brett is by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure to work with.
