My experience in Real Estate started at a young age. My father was a very successful Real Estate Agent on the Sunshine Coast, and I grew up looking at properties with him, “helping” him at the office, and listening to him negotiate deals in the car. I learned a lot about real estate, negotiation, and business from my father, and I look back on those days fondly.

I let my passion guide me and entered the real estate industry in 2015 as a strata manager. I managed about 400 condos and townhouses around Victoria and got the inside scoop on what types of strata you want to buy into and what types you don’t. I expanded to rental management in 2018, and I wrote and passed my Realtor® licensing exam the following year.

Approaching a decade in the industry and having managed and sold tens of millions of dollars worth of real estate, I take my role as an advisor seriously. Real estate, whether as a home or an investment, is a major purchase or sale for most people. One real estate transaction, whether it be buying the right property or selling at the right price, can significantly affect people’s lives for years to come. Understanding this, I bring a long-term, service-oriented approach to my work as an advisor.
