Jessica helped my partner and I purchase our first home recently and we couldn't be happier with the excellent service we received during the process. What can often be a stressful, overwhelming and confusing time, was made easy for us with Jessica's guidance. From our initial communication, Jessica was extremely proactive, super helpful with tips/guidance and sought to truly understand our needs as home buyers, finding us potential listings that really spoke to us. We appreciated the facts and data she provided before we viewed a potential home, the transparency, and her knowledge when it came to negotiations with the seller. Jessica gave us staging tips and our house sold in 1 day!!! We got the full asking price ! Jessica was very helpful in finding our new home , we were interested in purchasing a few places but Jessica pointed out the disadvantages instead of just pushing a sale.
