I highly recommend Trystan King as your realtor. This past spring, we had Trystan as our representative for both the sale of our townhouse in Burnaby and the purchase of our forever home in Port Moody. We were grateful to have such an attentive and patient person to walk us through the complex process of buying and selling. We spent over 5 months looking at many houses all over the lower mainland. We put offers on multiple properties that went into bidding wars. Through it all Trystan supported us in our decisions, offered advice and was prompt to respond to all our questions. From the beginning Trystan was transparent about all fees and expenses for our purchase and sale. He had numerous recommendations for other professionals including a wonderful lawyer to help us with closing. He had our listing photos and video professionally done and made sure to advertise on all platforms including social media. One thing I noticed was how Trystan was present not only when showing our house or taking us to view houses – he was there after the purchase and sale. He was personally at our home when our buyers came in for their contractual visits while their realtor was not present. He was also present at our contractual viewings of our new home whereas the sellers representative was not always present. It has been nearly two months since our sale/purchase and Trystan still checks in on us with a friendly email to see how we are doing in our new home.
