We have used Tyler for two home purchases and couldn't be happier. Tyler was patient with us as we were very picky with our second purchase, since we were looking for our forever home. It was a tough sellers market but he was very prompt in getting us viewing and making offers. We also felt he did a great job selling our old place and got us more than a few of our neighbors who sold within weeks of us. I believe one of the other realtors even asked him how he got to the price he did as he was higher than their listing and we ended up getting asking price, so we were very happy with that!
