Rick Horsland is passionate about real estate. He says, “For me, this career is much more than buying and selling houses – it’s all about building relationships.”

Rick has been selling real estate successfully since 2004. He was born and raised in Nanaimo. He discovered a natural talent for sales early in life. After high school and during his years at university, he sold cars at a major dealership where he honed his negotiating skills. That’s when friends and clients encouraged him to try real estate. Rick is a devoted father with three children who he is raising in the city where he grew up.
