This was my second time working with Aaron. The first time, he helped us buy our first home, and this time, he helped us sell that house and find a new one in Campbell River. On top of that, he goes above and beyond. Without hesitation, he lined up professionals to check out our retaining wall, perimeter drainage, and Poly-B plumbing—all on his own initiative. He even made multiple trips to Campbell River, driving 50 minutes each way, just to meet with people and ensure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. His level of dedication is something you don’t come across often, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. I’m very detail-oriented and like to do my due diligence, and Aaron aligns perfectly with those values. He never made me feel like I was being a nuisance with my questions—he genuinely wanted me to feel informed and confident every step of the way. Both my wife and I work full-time, so having someone so reliable and proactive made a huge difference. Beyond his professionalism, Aaron is just an incredible person. Aaron was very professional and on top of his game, as well as being very personable. We recently sold our condo, and we were out of town during the selling yet he made us feel at ease and aware of every step in the process and kept us well informed.
