Highly recommended very professional Realtor.in the Cowichan Valley. Equally as good of a person as a skilled real estate expert. I don't think in 20 years in this profession I have ever met a more humble, hard working, and truly authentic and ethical realtor. This is no surprise to me as an industry member he has recently won the top Realtor award in his market. Ray and his team are special in every sense of the word. Well deserved and congratulations.

As first time homebuyers, we were really overwhelmed by the idea of making a purchase, but Ray, Errik, and the team made the process so much better. We literally don't know what we'd have done without their support! They helped us at every step, never making us feel silly for the questions we asked. They listened to what we were looking for, helped us understand how to make the best financial decisions, and were always quick to reply! Thank you so much for helping us find our first home, something we never thought we'd be able to do. You guys are incredible! I'd highly recommend the team to anyone!

We recently had the opportunity to work with Ray Little and Errik Ferreira on two separate transactions—one in Shawnigan Lake and the other a condo in Duncan—where we brought the buyers to their listings. Both deals were smooth, well-managed, and an all-around great experience. Ray and Errik were professional, responsive, and collaborative throughout the process. It's always a pleasure working with agents who prioritize communication and a positive outcome for everyone involved. Looking forward to the next one!

Melinda and her team were a breath of fresh air in our house hunting journey! From the get-go, she understood our needs and tackled everything with infectious enthusiasm. Her quick thinking, attention to detail, and listing expertise made the process a breeze. Despite the slow winter real estate market, she showed us properties across the Cowichan Valley until we found our dream home! We were making a move from a different province. Despite only having one day to view properties in person, Melinda guided us through various listings across the Cowichan Valley while we were four provinces away. The team at Ray Little even saw houses on our behalf and gave us detailed feedback on each property. Melinda made every part the house buying process seamless. If you're on the hunt for your perfect home, Melinda and the team at Ray Little is the one to call. Highly recommended!

Ray and his team were a dream to work with on the purchase of our property. Communication was EXCELLENT which I appreciate so much.
Someone from the team was always able to meet us for showings within our schedule. They hustled during offer time and their advice helped us to win our home in a multiple offer scenario.

Ray and team were absolutely fantastic to us in the sale of our home. From the very beginning to end of the sale experience, they provided the guidance, expertise and friendly demeanor that would turn an otherwise confusing and difficult process into a joyful one. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friend of family member, and will absolutely look to use their services in the future.

Ray and his team absolutely slayed the deal on my new home for me! He hustled hard to get our offer in before anyone else’s and then he negotiated his butt off for our deal to be finalized. His team was a huge help when it came down to crunch time and getting all the papers organized. He’s a really nice personable guy, with a very aggressive no BS working attitude when it comes to representing his clients.

These guys are ROCKSTARS! Ray, Melinda, & team provided industry expertise and recommendations to help my family sell a property at an extra 25% over asking price. As buyers, my partner and I were getting dismayed at the challenging market in the Cowichan Valley but Melinda delivered and suggested we look at an amazing home that we didn't even originally consider. These guys really listen and understand their clients, and work hard to find you the perfect home (and put together a great listing for selling!). I will recommend the Ray Little Real Estate Team to anyone who asks. Thanks again guys for making our home ownership dream come true.
