Time has FLOWN by - I've been a REALTOR since 2004 & a top agent for most of those years including ranking in the Top 1% of all agents in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver in 2020 and multiple years as a Medallion Agent (Top 10 in Greater Vancouver Area).
