I am not one who leaves reviews for businesses unless the service went above and beyond my expectations. To be quite honest I am not easy to impress and not easy to satisfy. This review is one of those exceptions. From the moment my wife and I met Natalia, our family knew that she was the right fit for us. Our decision was reaffirmed within the first week when we started working with Natalia to sell our home. She immediately found listings for us to visit through her extensive network and connections while simultaneously booking us 15 showings of our home. Natalia's professionalism was level "11" and so very much appreciated throughout the entire process, from staging our home, finding trades people to fix a few things here and there in our old home to maximize the sales potential, to fighting for the TOP dollar for our sale. She worked seamlessly on our behalf with the buying agent of the home we were selling and the agent of the home we were buying. She also worked with our real-estate lawyer, our bank and the buyer's bank. Natalia was instrumental is finding our new slice of heaven - through COVID I might add - and we can't be happier. It was almost like a turn key, drive thru real-estate transaction but with a lot of calls, check-ins, talking out opinions, points of view, and what ifs. We were always reassured she had our backs trusting her with our house and future house. If you need a real-estate agent to work on your behalf and fight for your interests, look no further.
