She was especially helpful in ensuring that I stayed focused on the next step whether it was the offer, the conditions, the inspection, the strata documents, engineering report, and suggesting that I explore the neighbourhood to be sure it felt like home. Paris was excellent to have as I was getting the inspector’s summary, you could tell she knew the building documents inside out. And indeed, she kindly gave me friendly nudges to make sure I had read all of the documents that she sent. She also prompted me about getting quotes for home insurance and to set up things up with a lawyer in advance. I could tell by the way that the inspector and the lawyer spoke about her that they have a lot of respect for her intelligence and work ethic.
