I personally don’t recommend to anyone to buy the property through them specially when the builder’s name is Ashk knda. He is using very cheap material. I bought the property through them last year and its still under construction. Builder really don’t care about anyone. And realter don’t really have proper knowledge either. My crosschain fence was broken befire I bought the property and this realtor suggested me that this is the city responsibility to fix it. When i have called city they said its buider house owner’s responsibility to get it fix. Now the builder is saying its developers responsibility , after i digg out who is the developer , as per them its totally builder’s responsibility. And the buider is refusing to get it fix. Technically realtor sahil verma ans azra should guide us at the time of purchase which they don’t any idea who gonna be responsible for this repair. ( lack of experience). Lots of another repairs and construction is still pending after one year of possession. Builder used such a low and cheap quality material. Our washroom lights cover got rusted even 1 to 2 month approximately after possession and many more thing. I Don’t recommend them. For (Azra bagga and sahil verma)
