I’m Krista Wollen, a Sunshine Coast BC real estate advisor known for a strategic yet down-to-earth approach to buying and selling property. I grew up in Roberts Creek and was raised around real estate on the Sunshine Coast, learning the business organically through my parents, Randy and Melody Wollen — well-respected local agents whose integrity and deep community ties continue to shape how I work today.

Since 2014, I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate residential, commercial, and investment real estate across the Sunshine Coast. Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, and I’m proud to be consistently ranked among the top REALTORS® with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, including achieving top 1% in 2025. My focus is always the same: helping you make confident, well-informed decisions around what is often your largest financial investment, while ensuring the process feels clear, supported, and manageable from start to finish.

What brings me the greatest satisfaction is seeing clients truly settle in — finding not just a home, but a sense of belonging and connection within the Sunshine Coast community.
