Wendy grew up in Abbotsford and graduated from Abbotsford Secondary School. She spent many years in Fort St. John, a small Northern BC Community, where she began her Real Estate career. She moved back to Abbotsford in 1994 where she continued with Real Estate here in her home town. Having watched and participated in the growth of the Abbotsford area for many years now, she has developed unique knowledge of its communities and hidden treasures as well as an intuitive feel for its real estate market. Wiebe of Trupeak Realty listed a property knowing that his client, the original seller, lacked sufficient documentation to complete the sale. Despite this knowledge, Wiebe instilled fear of legal repercussions regarding the estate's status, as the Land Title Office refused to recognize the seller due to her insufficient documentation. Over time, as the real estate market experienced skyrocketing prices, the seller was pressured to consider various ways to facilitate the sale, even though she had no legitimate means to do so. Eighteen months later, the situation changed dramatically when the seller became the executor of the estate, gaining legal rights to the property. At this point, the executor was compelled to sign over the property for the price reflected in the original contract—an amount that was hundreds of thousands of dollars less than the current market value. This pressure to finalize the sale, combined with the reliance on the integrity of Wiebe's brokerage, raises serious ethical concerns about the actions taken during the transaction. Despite retaining a law firm to navigate the complexities of the sale, the executor found herself in a position where her rights were not adequately protected. The reliance on the realtor's integrity ultimately led to a significant financial loss for the estate. Likely because he knew there would have been GREAT interest by owners of neighboring property owners. And in fact there was. neigbbors were prepared to pay 100 thousand more thsn asking price. The realtor intended to ignore their offers because selling to anyone but their oen intended purchaser for a low price was not their plan. It is demobstably a criminal schene, and Renax Littlre Oak Realty are accomplices now, aftet the fact for failing to investigate these allegations. The facts indicate criminal fraud. I am sure the realtors at Little Oak Realty are second to none, however I was defrauded for several hundreds of thousands of dollars by one of their realtors, and management has shown zero interest n even hearing from me about how the realtor did so, relying on the realtors story. that realtor has a weapons conviction on record and was known to be involved in fraud before leaving his life of crime with the help of his father, also a little oaks realty agent, so it is not entirely unimaginable that he may have seen an opportunity to not act in an ethical manor, and since fraud involves manipulation and deceit , it is not hard to see why he has been undetected thus far. FYI, since I am 57 yrs old and worked all my life in a career which started with me graduating FROM COLLEGE, BUT NOW HAVE SPENT 4 YRS TRYING TO GET JUSTICE, I AM BASICALLY COMMITING THE REST OF MY LIFE TO to bringing this agent to account, unless someone can take the hour or two it would take to help me realize that I am wrong. Considering I am well known person , known to be approachable, decent and even make good company, it is sad that they shut me out, and will not even consider that the story they are hearing from their realtor is not all the story or accurate, and maybe I am right. I am willing to concede being wrong, but am banking my life on eventually being vindicated. I am not a drug addict but one of the realtors accomplices is and is a convicted drug dealer, now reformed, but still an active addict. I believe there is no excuse for the realtors actions, which he claims did not break the law, and it should be easy to demonstrate to me that either he is innocent or guilty. Without the court system . But fair warning to Little Oaks Realty, because the realtors actions affected a life which was ended prematurely, a lawsuit will eventually be filed, and stopping it now would be the prudent thing to do. I am willing to communicate under any terms which they feel comfortable with.

Paul may be an amazing realtor, so he should have left our family alone. He is avoiding being served court papers so we can get to the bottom of how we lost not only hundreds of thousands, but he stole my family home so that I could not purchase it myself, under false pretenses, and false claims of impending lawsuits, causing my sister to sign out of fear of losing everything. And he totally set her up and fabricated the whole thing in order to get our home cheap, just before as everyone including him KNEW that the prices were not only about to rise rapidly, but still claims he was "helping" us . The only help we needed was a realtor to not be scheming for some time to take advantage of us. He committed criminal fraud besides breaching his companies own code of ethics and rea l estate service laws. I need him to not avoid this any longer.
