We met the first time because we want to looking for a viewing and she was sent to us to show us. Erica Rendell’s management of the sale of our suite has been exceptional. It began with thorough, thoughtful, data-driven analysis in order to appropriately set a fair price for our property. She also advised us to do a partial staging of the suite to enhance its presentation for sale, and arranged for 2 companies to view the unit and provide designs and costs. We followed Erica’s advice on pricing and staging. With the excellent marketing she provided, pictures and an amazing video, we promptly received an offer that we accepted and the sale will close exactly at the time we wanted. At every point, Erica and her associates facilitated any tasks that needed to be done and more- she went way beyond what the sale called for, for example she met our movers to remove some of our furniture prior to the staging when we could not be present. She kept us well informed at least daily, often more frequently than that because we were out of town from the time that the movers came to remove some of our furnishings. Most importantly, personally Erica Rendell is a wonderful person. She is patient, thoughtful, always upbeat and incredibly kind. I recommend Erica Rendell highly without reservation.
