We made a decision to sell our home in Cloverdale, to purchase a new one further out into Fraser Valley and possibly buy a condominium closer to Vancouver. We did a Google search for realtors and were very fortunate to have chosen Travis Heal to work with us. Travis, right from the beginning, was very personable and professional as he thoroughly assessed how he could assist us best to suit our needs. He very quickly gained our trust and faith as he scheduled a great number of showings of homes that very closely matched what we were in search of. Though the real estate market was very slow and with several homes up for sale in the immediate area, even on the same street only a few houses down, Travis made it possible to sell our home within the very tight time constraints that we were dealing with. He very skillfully represented us with the needs of our financial institution, the lawyers involved and for the requirements of the seller of the new house. Travis tirelessly worked hard on our behalf, to make the entire process so much easier for us. He is extremely conscientious to understand your needs and precise in delivering them very patiently.
