Brittany was an excellent realtor to work with. We had a quick timeline in which we needed to sell our home. Brittany was quick to give advice which helped us to come to a plan to get our place ready for sale in a timely manner. She was flexible when we had reservations about some ideas, and all of the suggestions she put forth were reasonable and intended to help make the place more likely to sell. The plan we created together resulted in quite a bit of preparation work, but when completed the result was a swift and high overall level of interest from buyers that was sustained for the duration that our unit was on the market. Brittany's insights no doubt contributed significantly to this. When there were sudden changes to our timeline for getting the home prepared for listing, Brittany was quick to act so that the services we had organized could be rescheduled. When an unexpected cancellation occurred, she quickly secured alternatives that arrived at or earlier than we had originally planned. The staging, pictures, and listing video were very well executed. Brittany was instrumental in coordinating all of these. When negotiating price, Brittany established clear goals together and did a good job of communicating with interested parties ahead of time to help avoid significant back and forth to ensure that the offers which came in were reasonable. She was generally quick to respond to incoming offers and was candid and informative when discussing the pros and cons of various offer conditions. When an initial accepted offer fell through, Brittany was quick to reach out to previously interested parties and secure showings of our unit. We had showings almost every day for a couple weeks and we had multiple offers including our final successful offer within a week. We ended up selling just slightly below our expected price, but the difference was a fraction of a percent and did not impact our other real estate plans. Our asking price was slightly below market, but this was more a result of the need for rapid turnaround time which we achieved successfully. During the sale process, Brittany handled paperwork swiftly and communicated actively with other parties’ realtors to keep things moving smoothly. She was realistic with her updates and advice and her directness and honesty was greatly appreciated. Overall, Brittany was great to work with. She worked quickly and efficiently when time was of the essence and her clear and direct advice and insights were helpful and greatly appreciated. Thanks for helping us get our place sold!
