When it came to our first home purchase , we weren't really sure how we would approach the situation. It all happened when we were first just browsing for new homes on houseful.ca, and previewing what might be an interesting property to see in person. When we came across a place we liked, we requested an agent on the website and not even a few minutes later, we were connected to an agent who would then put me in communication with Luis Gan. I was pretty amazed how quick everything happened and how fast the process initialized. Soon after talking to Luis, who is very professional, knowledgable and respectful, we started providing all our necessary documents to get the ball rolling. The whole process was very smooth and before we knew it we were viewing homes and deciding what would fit our lifestyle. What made the process even easier and more pleasant to handle was the real estate agent that was appointed to us by Luis, Simon Lin. He became a very important part in our purchase, and more than our agent, he became our friend. Throughout everything that happened during our time looking for a new home, he was always there to provide insight and any type of workaround to a situation that needed to be altered, all while being very patient and thoughtful. It did take some time to find a place but that was just the market and us trying to find a place that would suit us. Even while our situation would become difficult due to personal reasons partway through process, Luis and Simon stayed very patient with us and continued to support and provide us with suggestions that would benefit our growing family. When we finally came across a home that would end up being our first new home, they still continued to support us and help with any concerns we might've had. I would like to say on behalf of my fiancè and I, we were so happy to be able to find a home that we moved into and plan to build a future together all due to the great help from Luis and Simon, we can't thank them enough for making this possible. If anyone does want to work with Dracco Pacific Realty, you will be in very capable and helping hands with Luis and Simon. Whoever does come across this review, I hope your home finding experience will be a positive one just like ours.

We worked with different members of Luis's Team. We worked with Stephen + Luis + Peter on the selling the condo. They were extremely professional/patient/even keeled and supported us in terms of the questions we had. They provide tons of ideas/options in terms of how to market the condo in it's best light. We worked with Erica on the buying component. When we found a property we liked, she went and checked out the property on her own and provided us her feedback on somethings she noticed. She also helped us close as a backup offer, and she saved us an additional 6k with our inspection report. She has been very detailed oriented + prepared and she's able to answer all our questions on the spot which instills confidence. One additional value add we noticed with Luis's team is that the have a list of people that can help support us in terms of our needs. This includes, notaries, handymans, mortgage brokers, contractors, property management companies. In summary, we've had great experience working with Luis's team and we feel that they go above and beyond as our realtors.

We had Luis to help us on buying a new property and selling our current one. Luis and his team were very patient with our requests to visit several properties. it was not something happened in our previous experiences. so we were able to compare different properties to make decision which one is the best option. Luis gave us true advises on every single property we wanted to put an offer. it helped us to look at the properties from different views. his advises were a very plus point during purchasing process. in some cases, he rescued us from a big mistake. once we found the property to buy, we started selling our property process. it was on time with a very good set up to sale. we got offer in a proper time with no headache. I have worked with and know quite a few realtors. At first I was sceptical in working with a new realtor but Luis was extremely persistent in getting the business and was able to offer the same services as other realtors. Luis and Shane were well prepared after meeting with them and we decided to give them a shot at selling our westside home. They staged the house and got the videos and listed the house quickly within a week and were very professional. Shane and Luis are extremely hard working and I would highly recommend using them to list your house.
