If you’re looking to get the job done then Melissa is your girl! She was incredible from start to finish and guided us through the process seamlessly despite us being back and forth. I inquired about a house on the realtor app and Melissa contacted me the same day- she asked what we were looking to do and at that point we were just curious about a going price for our house to see if we could get a bigger house within budget. Melissa was over the following week getting details about our place and within the month we had it listed. I have 3 kids so staging wasn’t the easiest option so she worked with me to declutter and self stage - she was accommodating throughout the entire process even with showings being on my time. We listed on Monday and had the house sold by wednesday. During the process Melissa was also taking us to see houses within our budget and guiding us on all the pros and cons about details we might of overlooked. We ended up getting the house we originally wanted and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Little things that might be over looked like internet, well info, hydro costs etc Melissa was forth coming with all the information and went above and beyond to gather the information. Thank you for listening to what we wanted, always accommodating our crazy schedules, and for joining the chaos. This was a 11/10 experience from the initial phone call. If you are looking to buy, sell or both I would recommend going with Melissa she’s friendly, informative, caring, and honest.
